What should I expect from my first visit?

Upon booking you will be sent a booking confirmation and a link to the new client intake form. We will discuss your form and the issues you are experiencing. This ensures that both myself and yourself are on the same page.

We will then discuss my findings and the expected treatment plan, as well as your overall aims, before moving onto treatment.

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal
Shoes that are easy to slip on an off
Something warm to put on after to keep you from getting cold.
If you are having your legs treated i would advise shorts to change into.
Ladies a bra with a clip and low waisted trousers make treating your back easier.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated after your session.

Will my massage hurt?

Both deep tissue and sports massage are deep and specific treatments. You may have some discomfort but this should be more of a 'feels good pain' than just pain. I will check in with you through out the treatment. If at any time you feel uncomfortable at any time or it is to intense then please let me know.

Is massage suitable for everyone?

In the most part yes, there are however some reasons while massage could not go ahead.
